Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join well established company in Liverpool area. Your responsibilities will include maintaining payroll operations, updating HR databases, ensuring GDPR compliance, and delivering accurate and timely payroll information to our providers.

Location: Liverpool city centre

Salary: 27-30k per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, hybrid working

Fixed term contract for 6 months, with possibility to be extended

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling transnational queries
  • Maintaining payroll operations in alignment with policies and procedures
  • Updating and maintaining the HR database as needed
  • Providing accurate and timely payroll information to our providers
  • Managing change requests and escalating as necessary
  • Upholding GDPR compliance in all documents and processes
  • Crafting payroll-related correspondence for employees
  • Processing BACS recalls and advances when required
  • Collaborating with the pension provider to provide data and information
  • Supporting internal and external audit activities

Skills Required:

  • HR and administrative experience
  • Awareness of the wider HR function, including roles, policies, and processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail to safeguard personal data
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective time management to handle priorities and deadlines
