Compliance Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator for a national social housing provider. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage compliance activities, maintain accurate records, and handle a variety of tasks to ensure the safety and compliance of housing services.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Run and analyse reports in c365, categorising them into actions, referrals, remedial works, and GM and BC referrals.
  • Use VLOOKUP to bring across comments and status from the previous report.
  • Log repairs and referrals using c365, Salesforce, and Open Housing, focusing on clearing the current backlog.
  • Log enforcement notices as they come in, add them to the enforcement tracker and c365, and save the document to the enforcements folder.
  • Transfer information from the daily actions report to the GM and BC tracker in Teams, using VLOOKUP to update contractor information, site details, and service charge applicability.
  • Process manual submissions received via email, add them to the team’s channel, and update the tracker accordingly.
  • Work through the tracker, raising jobs or referrals for each action and raising remedial works from Building Safety Inspection Submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator, preferably within the social housing sector.
  • Proficiency in using c365, Salesforce, Open Housing, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP and other data management functions in Excel.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
