Senior site manager / Project Manager - New build industrial unit

Location: Merseyside

Duration: 8 Month

Start Date: 07/05/2024

One of our most well established clients are currently looking for a senior site manager / Project manager to oversee the build of an 18m industrial unit in Merseyside. Cut and Fill is complete, the right candidate will drive this job forward.

The right person will be tasked with overseeing tradesmen, H&S short term programming, ensuring the project is on track.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing sub-contractors
- Getting hands on when needed
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed

The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS
- First aid at work
- CSCS Card
- New build commercial/industrial new build experience
