They are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, offering you an ideal platform to grow and excel in your career within the M and E sector.
Your role will include:
- Working on a range of mechanical and electrical projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
- Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
- Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
- Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
- Conducting estimation tasks to ensure accurate project cost predictions.
