BDM Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand their footprint in the Managed Print Solutions market. The BDM will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact, shape the future of the business, and deliver exceptional value to clients.


Key Responsibilities for the BDM:

  • Identify and prioritize target markets and prospects for Managed Print Solutions, leveraging market research and industry insights, within your region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Grow an existing account base of customers, alongside prospecting for new. 
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized print management solutions to address client challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.


To be considered for this BDM role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the Managed Print Solutions or related technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of print technologies, document management systems, and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation, proactive, and resourceful team player with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
