The School and Role

This vibrant secondary school nestled in Aintree, Liverpool, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced History Teacher to join their dedicated team. This full-time position, commencing in May 2024 and extending throughout the academic year, entails teaching History at KS3 to KS4 levels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in teaching History up to KS4. This voluntary aided school gained specialist Sports College status in 2000, and is administered by Liverpool City Council and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Liverpool.  The school was marked as 'Good' in all areas following their latest Ofsted inspection.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
