Ironstone Recruitment are looking for a Residential Care Worker to work with Children & Young people in a stunning brand new provision based in Liverpool.

The home is in a lovely part of Liverpool and will be a therapeutic home for two young people. You will be part of a team where young people are at the forefront of our clients ethos. They may have suffered trauma and rejection and so the successful candidate will need to have empathy and understanding to encourage them to develop and ultimately achieve their own personal success.

Our client offers you to develop and further your career through training packages tailored to your own goals, the client would like the successful candidate to work towards more senior roles and will encourage your progress at every opportunity.

You do not need experience within a Childrens Residential provision, but will help if you do. 

You will receive £26,000 to £28,000 excluding sleep-ins. You can add up to £4,500 to your salary with sleep-ins (Sleep-ins paid at £50 per sleep).

Flexibility to work on a rota basis up to 10 shifts per month.

You will be included in the clients Profit Sharing Scheme. This is avalable to all members of staff!!

A full UK driving licence is essential.
