Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking a Children’s Independent Reviewing Officer to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • To independently chair Safeguarding Children (Children Protection) Conferences,
  • Strategy meetings,
  • Looked After Children Reviews,
  • Secure Accommodation Reviews,
  • Child Sexual Exploitation meetings
  • Missing from Care meetings in line with statutory requirements and guidance.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum of 3 years’ post qualified experience in Social Work.
