They are an established main contractor and specialise in the construction and civil engineering sectors, working on a variety of complex and interesting projects that can be valued in excess of £300m. The role - Social Value CoordinatorAs a Social Value Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the regional team with collating and recording the Social Value activities within the business. You will also be responsible for reviewing tender documents, summarising social value requirements, assisting the project team in understanding the social value targets & goals as well as the methodologies for achieving the companies social value targets. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents.
  • Advise the Bid Team on necessary allowances and methodologies that will be required to meet targets as well as presenting the elements at the TG2 launch meeting.
  • Liaising with project teams to ensure understanding of social value targets and commitments.
  • Guiding the offices on how they can generate social value independently of the site teams.
  • Recording all regional social value data for both projects and offices.
  • Liaising with external companies and charities to build relationships and seek out new methodologies for the delivery of social value initiatives.
