The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Extrusion Operators to join our client in Aintree , Liverpool.
These positions are directly permanent with our client.
Salary :
26,000 - 31,000 per annum - ( dependent on experience)
Hours of work
4 on 4 off shift pattern - 2 days, 2 nights , 4 off
8am until 8pm or 8pm until 8am

The Role:
- Responsible for producing film products on the extrusion lines
- Carry out and record quality checks
- Carrying out blend changes
- Removal and segregation of scrap product following the correct procedure for removal of excess raw materials
- Ensure finished product packaging is completed to specification and sufficient to achieve customer expectations.
Skills / Experience:
- Three years proven experience in a plastics extrusion manufacturing environment (or similar).
- Supports the shift to meet and exceed operational KPIs including production volume, product safety, quality, waste, and safety performance.
