Exciting Opportunity for Recent Graduates in Education

Are you a recent graduate in education or a child-related field, eager to embark on a fulfilling career in education? If so, Tradewind Recruitment has the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Schools. Our client schools in Liverpool and Sefton are looking for dedicated individuals to support children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students.
  • Collaborate closely with class teachers, fellow teaching assistants, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and other professionals.
  • Help maintain a positive learning environment and assist with behaviour management in both classroom and school-wide settings.

Requirements:

  • A degree in an education-related field.
  • Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required.
  • An enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
