As a SEN Teacher in this welcoming school, you'll have the chance to:

Utilise your expertise in special educational needs to support and empower students with SEMH requirements.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Develop creative and engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of each student.

Collaborate with a passionate team of educators, support staff, and therapists to ensure holistic support for every child.

Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing ongoing encouragement and guidance.

What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working in SEN or SEMH settings.

A compassionate and resilient individual dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs.

Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
