Responsibilities
- As part of a skilled team, this role involves working to both planned and reactive maintenance schedules within the plant.
- Repairing and maintaining forging presses, furnaces and machine tools.
- Electrical installations and PAT testing.
- The successful candidate will join a team responsible for all elements of electrical plant maintenance
- Applicants must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
- You must have a proven track record of fault finding with the ability to read technical drawings.
- Be able to work at heights and in enclosed spaces.
- Have basic IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior industry experience in electrical maintenance covering medium voltage distribution systems, equipment breakdowns, trouble shooting, and working with inspection and maintenance programs to meet statutory requirements is essential.
- Time served Electrical with Trade Papers
