This position is for a Maintenance Engineer, who will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of the production line in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Description
- Overseeing the maintenance and improvement of the production line.
- Identification and resolution of equipment faults.
- Performing routine machinery checks and adjustments.
- Implementing preventative maintenance measures.
- Collaborating with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
- Updating maintenance logs and reports.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in fault diagnosis and problem-solving.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per year, inclusive of a 30% shift allowance.
- A shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
