Position Overview: We're seeking an Administrative Assistant.This role will be crucial in ensuring paperwork meets regulatory standards and maintaining efficient documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all paperwork complies with regulations set by OFGEM and Utility Companies.
- Collaborate closely with installers and surveyors to verify documentation accuracy.
- Maintain precise records using Google Sheets and CRM spreadsheets.
Requirements/Skills:
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration.
- Quick learner with a knack for grasping business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional speed and accuracy are key skills for the role.
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary Range: 22,000.00-28,000.00 per year depending on experience
