The Customer compliance technologist is responsible for accurately handling customer requirements from specifications and artwork though to queries and complaints whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer specifications while ensuring compliance with legal, food safety, quality, and customer requirements.
- Manage customer queries, communications, and approval documentation, including maintaining customer systems.
- Coordinate accurate and compliant artwork generation and approval.
- Support key stakeholders in product introductions or changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the Food industry.
- Experience working with major retailer specification systems.
- UK / EU Legal labelling training.
- Experience working with Sage/SAP or similar software.
- Desirable internal audit training
