As Assistant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, impeccable service standards, and a motivating, people-first culture. Youll work closely with the General Manager to uphold the brand values while continually seeking opportunities to elevate the guest experience.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse front-of-house team.

• Maintain exceptional service standards aligned with a luxury hospitality environment.

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, reservations, and guest flow.

• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalised, memorable experiences.

• Support financial performance targets, including labour control and cost management.

• Work collaboratively with the culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.

• Uphold all compliance, safety, and licensing requirements.

• Experienced hospitality leader with at least 2 years in a management role within premium dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume lifestyle venues.

• Guest-obsessed, charismatic, and confident in delivering five-star service.

• Exceptional communicator with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
