The Opportunity:

The firm is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to become a key player in the team. This role offers a unique blend of audit, accounts, and tax responsibilities, providing comprehensive financial oversight and support to a diverse portfolio of clients in the media industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the most dynamic and creative companies in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a sizeable portfolio of clients in the media industry
  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of media clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance, identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies and managing risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Business development and networking and playing a key part in pitches.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations, ensuring the firm's practices remain current and compliant.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience at Manager level
  • Proven experience in audit, accounts, and tax, preferably within the media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
