Teqniq is searching for a Council Tax Officer / Revenues & Benefits Officerto work in the public sector.

35 hours per week.

09:00-17:00

Job Description:

This is a hybrid role, 40% office based.

Must have experience of working in a revenues environment.

Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration - billing, discounts & exemption and recovery.

Excellent communication skills.

Flexible.

Experience of dealing with challenging customers - call centre element to role.
