Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in London, however, are offering a fully remote working pattern.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing, allocating and chasing for approval on invoices.
- Reconciling the supplier accounts and answering stakeholder queries.
- Overseeing the income and reconciling the sales ledger.
The Interim Accounts Payable Officer will have:
- Experience working in a busy Accounts department, taking on both Accounts Receivable and Payable duties.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
- Experience using ‘Microsoft Dynamics 365’ and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
