- Full-Service Charge Accounts: Develop and maintain comprehensive service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheet reconciliations, providing insightful analysis for decision-making.
- Budgeting Process: Collaborate with property managers in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate financial planning, and alignment with the overall financial goals of the property.
- System Work: Utilize accounting systems to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervision: Oversee and guide junior members of the team, ensuring their professional development and the overall success of the department.
- Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth financial operations.
- Minimum of 5 experience in service charge accounting within the residential block management management sector.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and tools.
