Duties
Accruals/Prepayments
Overseeing the Accounts Payabale and Accounts Receivable ledgers
Raising sales invoices for tenants
Preparing weekly payment runs and performing bank reconciliation
Dealing with queries from Property Managers
Assisting for preparation of quarterly VAT return
Experience Required
3+ years background in a transactional accounting role
AAT studier, preferable Level 3 or beyond
