Assistant Accountant

This opportunity has arisen for somebody who is looking for a stable role within a really successful company over the next few years. The business are really established in the Real Estate sector and are working on some exciting projects, the role will undertake Assistant Accountant duties and give somebody excellent perks while not having to take their work home with them!

On top of the salary, there is a bonus, paid travel other useful benefits and hybrid working with only 3 days required in the office per week.

Duties

Accruals/Prepayments

Overseeing the Accounts Payabale and Accounts Receivable ledgers

Raising sales invoices for tenants

Preparing weekly payment runs and performing bank reconciliation

Dealing with queries from Property Managers

Assisting for preparation of quarterly VAT return

Experience Required

3+ years background in a transactional accounting role

AAT studier, preferable Level 3 or beyond
