Assistant Financial Accountant

We are seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant on a short term temp contract to provide exceptional support to our Accounting & Finance department in the Property industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail.

Description

• Provide support to the Finance team in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Carry out bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments when necessary.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Profile

A successful Assistant Financial Accountant should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SUN systems
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently when required.

Job Offer
