WMC RECRUITMENT is on a lookout for anenthusiastic, creative and nature-loving Forest School Lead to join an amazing team at Monkey Puzzle East Finchley.

Who Youll Be Working With:

Youll lead daily Forest School sessions for the Preschool children, working closely with experienced Preschool Teacher to deliver exciting, explorative, and awe-inspiring outdoor learning.
You will also have adedicated Forest School Assistantto support you in your outdoor adventures, helping you deliver magical, safe and engaging experiences every day.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and implement engaging outdoor learning activities that promote exploration and creativity in preschool-aged children.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and growth.
  • Assess and document children's progress and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
  • Maintain equipment and outdoor spaces to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

What Youll Need:

  • ALevel 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare/Early Years this is essential and must be clearly stated on your application.
  • A true passion for nature and outdoor learning.
  • Forest School experience or training is desirable but not essential! We can offer you fully fundedLevel 3 Forest School Teacher Training.
  • Bags of energy, imagination and the ability to inspire young children using natural resources
