We are currently looking for an Admin Coordinator to join a Charity based in Central London. This is a 3 month FTC starting on June 13th and paying 30,500 pro rata. Clear Admin Coordination experience is essential for this role and an interest in charity's.
The role
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes across the Department
- Maintain team and departmental inboxes
- Provide logistical and administrative support to Project Managers
- Administrative duties including scheduling meetings
- Support ongoing work on departmental process improvement and new filing systems
