A leading UK provider of trust services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their London-based team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience within a professional services organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner.
- Process payments accurately and prepare checklists for authorisation.
- Set up new entities and maintain digital records using the system.
- Register trusts and ensure records remain current.
- Submit client identification for verification and communicate results.
- Complete all required compliance training within deadlines.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
