Southwark Council is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administration Officer to support a specialist project within the Environment, Sustainability and Leisure department.

About the Role:

This role plays a key part in transferring a large volume of risk assessments onto a new system. You will provide essential administrative and business-related support across several departments, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and managing data related to risk assessments

  • Providing administrative support to various teams

  • Liaising with a range of departments and stakeholders

  • Organising and prioritising your workload effectively

  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
