Key Responsibilities

  • Newsletter & Blog Content: Curate and produce engaging newsletters and blogs that inform, inspire, and align with the organisation's mission.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule thoughtful, on-brand content across platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter, growing visibility and engagement.
  • Website Maintenance: Keep the website content up to date - from team updates to project news - ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Event Support: Help coordinate key events, ensuring smooth planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and followers to support outreach efforts.
  • Creative Contribution: While templates exist, we encourage fresh ideas, new approaches, and innovation in how we tell our story and share our impact.
  • Mission Alignment: Contribute to a team that invests in scalable, innovative solutions to reduce poverty - using evidence-led decision making to drive measurable change.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within a small team or flat-structured organisation.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own tasks with minimal oversight.
  • A background in investment services, impact investing, or financial services is highly desirable - familiarity with sector-specific language is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with an eye for detail and tone.
  • A genuine passion for social impact, innovation, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
