EA to Head Creative - TV

Supporting the Head Creative and Founder of a Global TV Production company we are looking for an experienced EA with a passion for TV production

You will have the ability to plan in advance to anticipate the needs of the boss while understanding the demands of working in TV. Duties will include the following:-

Extensive diary and inbox management, managing all meeting arrangements, navigating conflicting and changing schedules whist ensuring their priorities are met.

International travel and diary management across various time zones

Understanding their priorities and having the ability to react quickly to the changing demands of schedules. Ensuring they are always well-briefed ahead of meetings.

Overseeing their inbox and ensure that priorities are flagged

Plan in advance for requirements for on set visits and external trips/meetings. - Keeping on top of production schedules and maintaining relationships with external production teams and creatives.

This is working in the office full time.
