Legal PA (Reputation Management)

Our International Law Firm client is seeking to hire a Legal PA on an initial 13-month fixed term contract basis, to assist a team of Partners within their acclaimed Reputation Management practice group.  As this area of law is at the forefront of seismic challenge and change within the industry currently, you will work within this dynamic and fast-paced team who focus on the protection of their client’s reputation (via the prevention of publishing damaging material, removal of harmful online content and general pursuance of legal action for damages).

  • Salary to £47,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners.
  • Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events.
  • Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
  • Prepare, amend, and proofread documents.
  • Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings).
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems.
  • Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills.
  • Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners.

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
