Graduate Office Admin Assistant

Accountancy Action have partnered with an exciting, creative modelling agency based in Central London.

They are looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant to help with the day to day running of the company. Working in a small, close-knit team, dealing with top international talent.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months office experience and will be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with limited supervision. Excellent IT skills are required (to include Excel) and the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly.

The role is in the office 5 days a week and responsibilities will include:

  • Booking flights/train/other travel for staff
  • Diary management
  • Organise meetings
  • Answer the phones and direct calls accordingly
  • Organising accommodation for staff
  • Dealing with suppliers and any queries that arise
  • Liaise with the Finance department to make sure everything is logged on the system properly
  • Editing and creating spreadsheets for reports
