Duties:
- Answering calls and transferring -
- Processing and sending invoices using Sage (no experience necessary)
- Checking e-mails
- Inputting Data on Excel
- Helping the Sales and Manager staff
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office experience - good knowledge of Word and Excel
