A well-known not - for - profit organisation based in London is seeking to recruit X2 Project Support Officers to start as soon as possible to work on a hybrid basis between London and remote working.The two Project Support Officers will be responsible for working as part of the wider Transformation team supporting Project and Programme Managers across a series of different projects. We are seeking candidates who have strong project support experience, ideally having worked in complex / federated environments.Specifically you will be working with the Workstream Leads to plan and manage the workstream activities, ensuring that these are regularly reviewed and actions agreed through the agreed governance. As part of this you will be keeping workstream plans updated; ensuring that risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are identified, managed and controlled at the workstream level; and the governance structure is enabling efficient decision making.You will have strong RAID management experience being able to coordinate logging, review and updating of risks, issues and assumption. Strong reporting experience , budget management being able to track spend against agreed allocations from the Project budget, providing regular updates to Project Manager and have strong Planning and controls expertise being able to maintain an update workstream plans, track and report progress against agreed milestones. Strong Governance experience will play a key part in your role also, coordinating the workstream level governance, ensuring decisions are escalated as per agreed cadence.Must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to liaise to board level. You will contribute ideas for improving/enhancing the team's work, be an active member of the team, identify opportunities for your own development, contribute to the effective and efficient working of the team and actively support the embedded principles of equity, diversity and inclusion within the team and organisation.If interested in the roles, please send your CV today to
