We are seeking a talented and experienced EA/Administrative Assistant to support our high-performing Controllers team in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership, contributing to the smooth operation of a critical division that partners with the CFO, Risk, and Revenue teams to shape firmwide financial strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to Managing Directors and the broader EMEA team (Analysts to MDs), collaborating closely with a strong team of senior assistants
  • Manage diaries and calendars for bankers (Associate level and above), scheduling meetings and calls across global time zones
  • Organise internal and external meetings, video conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly coordinated
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Handle expense processing, email and call management, and document support with precision and professionalism
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and updating internal office systems such as GS Space, RMS, and Cyborg
  • Provide high-quality administrative support including floor coverage, phone and holiday support, and ad hoc project support

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services, with at least 2 years as a Personal or Administrative Assistant—preferably within investment banking
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Working Hours8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (full in office)

Hourly rate: £26ph + overtime at time and a half £39ph

Annually c£55-56,000
