Team PACentral London (Hybrid)45,000 Per annumA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team PA to support a high performing Corporate Affairs team. We are looking for someone with a background in government or public bodies, who thrives in fast paced environments and is confident managing senior stakeholders and complex schedules.The Role:
  • Provide proactive diary and meeting management for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate high profile events, stakeholder visits, and policy engagement activity.
  • Support internal processes such as business planning, budgeting, and governance cycles.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
  • Maintain internal systems including CRM and SharePoint.
  • Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure policy compliance.
The Person:
  • Strong PA or coordination experience in a government or public sector setting is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Discreet, diplomatic, and able to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in current affairs and stakeholder engagement.
