- Maintain internal systems including CRM and SharePoint.
- Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure policy compliance.
- Strong PA or coordination experience in a government or public sector setting is essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Discreet, diplomatic, and able to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in current affairs and stakeholder engagement.
