You Company:An exciting opportunity within a growing HVAC business has become available for a Sales Account Manager to support the team in the London and Southeast of England. As a business experience excellent success, and as a result high levels of growth, the business is keen to develop their sales and account management function, in order to ensure they can continue to deliver the high levels of customer service and care that they are known for.The position holder will be joining an established team to support the accounts in that area. You will be the main point of contact for customers on a daily basis and will proactively seek opportunities to gain new business or develop opportunities within the existing accounts to further promote the business' services and offerings.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, nurturing long term business relationships to promote further opportunities for sales
  • Promoting an increase in sales for areas of installations, maintenance and repair work with new and existing clients
  • Becoming the main point of contact for customers for queries and to address their needs and how the business can address these
  • Finding swift and successful solutions for problems and conflicts with customers, ensuring a fair outcome for all
  • Reporting on and analysing sales metrics, including periodical sales results and how they are against set targets
  • Seeking out opportunities for growth and improvement in sales performance, suggesting these to the team and relevant managers
  • Striving to increase the market exposure of the business by promoting the business whenever possible, including to new and existing customers, at events and through networking
  • Supporting the sales director and other managers in the delivery of contracts
What You Will Need To Apply:The business is keen to hear from experienced sales professionals, ideally within the HVAC industry if possible. Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be capable of delivery high levels of service and productively using relationships to business advantage, as well as possessing good problem-solving skills and a quick-thinking mindset.
