- Providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.
- Assisting clients with product selection, application techniques, and skincare routines to achieve their desired results.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Staying current on beauty trends, industry developments, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring the seamless operation of the beauty department.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury experience we offer to our clients.
