The Company
Your new company is a market leading, well-established and international Lloyds Broker who have an exceptional reputation within the London Market. With offices based across the Globe, you will be based in their Head Office, located in the heart of the City working within their thriving Credit and Political Risk Team. They now have a new and exciting position, as a Broker Technician, where you will be liaising with their international offices and supporting Brokers with the smooth placement of risks.

The Role
- Responsible for providing full support to a team of Brokers to execute the smooth placement of risks
- Liaising extensively with Clients and the companies international offices
- Drafting policy endorsements for both expiry and mid term adjustments
- Proactively monitoring policies on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for all policy premium calculations including collating figures from the clients
- Reviewing premiums / figures and amending Excel worksheets as and when required
- File management
- Liaising with the accounts department to chase overdue premiums
- Providing general Broker Support/Technician duties
About you
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Broker Back-Up/Support for a Lloyds Broker
- Good system knowledge MS Excel is a must
- Ability to pay acute attention to detail
- Previous experience on building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Tenacious, resilient, passionate & ambitious
- Ability to work under pressure cultivating in meeting tight deadlines
- Knowledge of PPL
