You will be instrumental in driving forward key work packages, ensuring high standards of design execution, technical detailing, and site coordination.

- Develop expert-level 2D and 3D architectural details using Revit
- Prepare and coordinate architectural specifications in line with RIBA Stages 4 & 5
- Apply thorough knowledge of British Standards (BS) and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work collaboratively with contractors, specialist subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the project on-site
- Ensure all designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction realities
- Regularly attend site meetings near London to support the design and delivery process
- Coordinate and manage cross-discipline integration, especially with façade and structural teams

Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit and advanced technical detailing (2D and 3D)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in architectural design and construction delivery
- Proven experience in RIBA Stage 4 & 5 delivery, especially on large complex projects
- Strong understanding of constructibility and on-site coordination
- Demonstrated capability in preparing architecture specifications and integrating BS standards
- Experience working both for and alongside contractors and specialist consultants
- Comfortable leading work packages and managing technical coordination
- Registered Architect, Architectural Technologist, Façade Architect, or Engineer

What We're Looking For
- A creative doer, not just a planner - someone who thrives in the thick of technical delivery
- High energy, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Based near London, with the ability to attend regular on-site meetings
- Available to join at short notice on a fixed-term contract basis
