Project Architect Job in Waterloo, London
An employee-owned, award-winning architecture and interiors practice in Waterloo London has a Project Architect job now available. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-spec residential and mixed-use schemes from concept through to construction
- Lead detailing and technical design development for bespoke architecture projects
- Contribute creatively through drawings, models, and visuals across all RIBA stages
- Work within a small, supportive team with autonomy over your workload
- Communicate confidently with clients and contractors
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments
- Use AutoCAD and Revit on projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB registered with 2+ years' post-Part 3 UK practice experience
- Confident leading projects throughout all stages, especially at RIBA Stages 2-4
- Experience in high-quality residential, hotel, or heritage-led projects
- Strong design ability including experience of detail / technical design and delivery
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp (or similar); Revit desirable
- Experience in small to medium-sized design-led practices preferred
- Comfortable working directly with clients and contractors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK and fluent in written/spoken English.
