Duties:
- Lead strategic design development for diverse residential and commercial projects in the UK and Internationally
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your expertise
- Collaborate with project leaders to manage multiple projects seamlessly, ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize Revit software proficiency to evolve detailed design options and maintain design direction.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their growth within a dynamic office environment.
- Implement quality processes and maintain project housekeeping to uphold high standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
- Demonstrated passion and strong experience in residential and commercial projects
- Excellent communication anility is essential (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others, driving projects forward with enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Ideally an all-round design, proven taking projects from concept to delivery
