Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Central London
A Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available with a Central London practice working on the delivery of high-quality residential projects. This is a great opportunity to take on a hands-on role and gain experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 5, with close support from an experienced technical team.
You'll be joining a small, collaborative studio where the focus is on thoughtful detailing and coordinated delivery. Projects include regeneration, refurbishment, and integration of new-build elements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of drawing packages from planning to technical stages
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications
- Contribute to design development across various residential projects
- Collaborate with team members and external consultants
- Attend site visits and assist in technical problem-solving
- Opportunity to develop Principal Designer knowledge (training supported).
Required Skills & Experience
- Part II qualification with UK-based work experience
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential standards
- Good AutoCAD skills and familiarity with 3D software (Revit highly desirable)
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project work
- Ability to manage time and work to deadlines in a small team environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Interest in developing skills as a Principal Designer is welcomed - the studio will fund training.

- 30,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience
