Position:Senior Interior Designer - High-End Residential

Location:Shepherds Bush, West London
Salary:£50-60k+ Basic DOE

Are you a visionary interior designer with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? Do you have the experience and leadership skills to bring design concepts to life while mentoring a team? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience based in the UK. We're looking for someone who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities, lead high-end residential and commercial projects, and work closely with a talented team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding results
  • Develop creative, functional, and innovative design solutions for both residential and/or commercial spaces
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, supporting their growth and development in the industry
  • Oversee the selection of materials, space planning, and 3D visual presentations to create immersive design experiences
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of relevant UK-based experience in interior design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-quality designs with a diverse range of projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or other design software
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and a passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction
  • Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects is a plus
