Asset Manager

Boden Group have an excellent opportunity for an Asset manager to join one of the leading financial and asset management consultancy.

As an Asset Manager you will assist and support the General Manager in the delivery of the provisions set out in the Management Services Agreement through reviewing output specifications for the project and ensure compliance.

Your Day-to-day as an Asset Manager

• Working closely with the general manager on delivering all requirements set out in the Management Services Agreement.
• You will manage the relationship between the project company and the service providers.
• You will regularly liaise with the project company to provide technical and asset management advice and assistance.
• You will regularly review and assess the contract specifications to ensure compliance.
• You will be tasked with Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on the performance of FM service providers through direct observation

Personal Attributes

• You will have a good background in asset and defects management principles.
• You will have experience working on PFI schemes.
• You will have experience in utilising reporting tools.
• You will have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
• You will have an excellent in carrying out lifecycle modelling.
• You will need to build relationships and use effective communication throughout your role.
• You will have strong communication skills and proven leadership skills.
