Alecto Recruitment are working with an excellent corporate AV integrator who are looking for experienced AV Service Engineer to join their team. They are a company that really cares about the quality of their work and would rather an engineer spends time completing one excellent installation rather than rush around getting as many done as possible, at the cost of quality.

Each AV system they install comes with an element of post-install service and they agree many contracts to look after and maintain AV systems to the highest possible standard. As a Field Service Engineer you will be the person who saves the day, if you have excellent corporate AV knowledge and enjoy technical problem solving, this is the job for you.

The role:

• Providing technical AV support to clients across London.
• Providing service face-to-face, via phone, email or VC call
• Uploading firmware and changing configuration files for Logitech, Shure, Poly, QSC
• Diagnosing faults and collaborating with colleagues to find a resolution
• Assist in scoping small upgrades or undertaking site surveys for existing clients

Skills you need:

• Good knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Sy, Q-sys
• Experience working as an AV Service Engineer, AV Engineer or AV Commissioning Engineer
• To be a good communicator
• Used to dealing with high-end clients who have high expectations
• Be presentable
