Positions have arisen for two Student Fees Administrator’s to work for a London based University. The roles will support with student enrolment and work with the University records systems.
Job responsibilities include:
- Handle all forms of billing-related queries, including instalment plans and tuition fees, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Assist with the financial transactions process, utilizing systems such as Oracle, Microsoft applications, and Excel
- Process and generate invoices accurately and efficiently
- Authorize and update the billing log regularly to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and tracked
- Manage a high volume of emails and administrative tasks in accordance with University policies
- Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and guidelines
- Manage and resolve queries through email and phone
- Record all interactions and resolutions using Outlook and Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
- Perform basic finance calculations as needed to support billing and payment processes
- Support and reconcile any irregular student payments, ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of large financial systems (Ideally Oracle or Banner)
- Experience of student record systems
- Higher education experience
- Able to work accurately and to deadlines

Hours: 35 hours per week
Hybrid work: 3 days a week working from home
