As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious bread, pastries, and other baked goods for our loyal customers. Located at 2 Portal Way, La Boulangerie is a bustling bakery known for its artisanal treats and friendly atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has experience working in a commercial kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a dedication to quality, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing, shaping, and baking dough for breads, pastries, and other items
- Decorating and finishing baked goods
- Following recipes and ensuring consistency in product quality
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery
- Knowledge of baking techniques and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as needed
