Our client is a global-first insurtech company providing borderless insurance for distributed workforce through global HRIS platforms and recruitment ATS systems. The way we work continues to change and existing insurance products are not able to cater to the growing flexible global workforce. With more than 60m professional contractors being placed through HRIS, ATS and marketplaces each year, the opportunity to embed borderless insurance directly into these global platforms is clear. Traditional insurance products are typically bound by geographic limitation and the digitalization of the quote and policy management is still at its infant stage. After securing the insurance capacity from multiple carriers globally they have built a unique borderless business liability insurance with monthly subscription, global coverage, and the ability to pause the policy when workers are in between projects.
In addition, they have built a unique AI insurance validation model making mandatory insurance check at candidate onboarding instant and to offer workers fit for purpose insurance when they don’t have sufficient cover, and to capture valuable data for underwriting purpose. They are licensed as an insurance agent & MGA across UK, Europe and all 50 states in the US. Our AI validation model has been embedded into large ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Mercury and Deel, with more than half of the global ATS/ HRIS platforms signing the partnership contract. Furthermore, the products from our MGA line can be offered to thousands of agencies and brokers to distribute across UK and Europe through a digital portal.
They are funded by number of leading VCs and prominent angle investors including Seed X, New Alpha Asset Management, Start Ventures, Exceptional Ventures, and Fuel Ventures. You’ll be one of the early employees when we scale our business and revolutionize the insurance industry for contractors and SMEs.
The Role
As an first sales account executive with the company , your role will be to reach out to our clients and partners such as recruitment firms who place contractors, companies who use HRIS platforms we integrate with and marketplaces who are interested in embedded insurance. Our AI insurance validation model embedded directly into Bullhorn can be offered to tens of thousands of recruitment firms and companies across UK and Europe to automate the insurance validation process at candidate onboarding and to provide fit for purpose insurance for their placed candidates instantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the founder on sales strategy, marketing and sales materials and presentations, run outreach campaign through Klenty, Hubspot and Linkedin;
- Contact recruitment firms and companies who use ATS systems we have integrated such as Bullhorn and Mercury to promote Jove’s AI insurance validation tool;
- Promote Jove’s business liability insurance to recruitment firms and other companies and marketplaces in UK and EU;
- Book meeting and perform demos to clients and partners.
- Visit clients and partners in their offices to build relationship and gain customer feedback
What we’re looking for ??
Must haves:
- You must be a self-motivated KPI driven sales star!
- A good network among recruitment firms, recruitment software providers such as ATS and screening platforms, as well as new age digital talent marketplaces;
- Experience in running demos and SAAS sales or/and extensive brokerage/ recruitment sales experience.
- Good understanding of the contractor recruitment space, such as IR35 and business liability insurance requirements.

- Experience in leading sales team;
- Experience working with large global firms and understanding of the international placements and insurance requirements when placing candidates for international placements;
- Experience in digital marketing and building contractor community through jobs and knowledge sharing;
- Good understanding of the insurance market and products
