We are looking for a charsmatic Bartender to come in and shine alongside our Tel Aviv fantasy
Bala Baya is set aside from the hustle and bustle of South east London. in the newly build where we through all expectations out the door with our inclusive concept, breaking the normal standard of service and our general love to eat & party.
Bartender Responsibilities
- Creating atmosphere & great guest experiences
- A good knowledge in classic cocktails & spirits
- Maintaining expected standards & quality controls
- Training floor staff on beverage knowledge
- Keen organisation & high cleanliness standards
- Influencing new bar menu items
- Keeping up to date with the industry
- Keep up to date on food & drinks matrix
- Communicating drinks availability to floor staff
